The project, costing around 2 million euros, aimed to rehabilitate five degraded areas but has seen the greenery vanish and playground equipment fail within a year. The municipality spent nearly 10 million lei on this initiative, which was launched in 2020 and executed by Con Ted Company. The rapid decline of these spaces contrasts with the initial vision of a vibrant urban environment.
