Iașul, al doilea oraș din țară la tranzacții imobiliare, dar cu cea mai mare scădere dintre marile piețe din Nord-Est față de anul trecut
Iasi ranks second in Romania for real estate transactions, but has seen the largest decline in the North-East region compared to last year. A recent cyber attack on ANCPI has disrupted the market, raising concerns about potential cancellations of agreed transactions. Despite a trend of recovery in the residential market prior to the attack, delays in administrative processes could lead to significant repercussions. In June, Iasi recorded 504 transactions, significantly lower than Timisoara's 924, and a 13% decrease from the previous year. The ongoing blockage at ANCPI poses risks to the market's recovery efforts.
