PLG Group has acquired iaBilet, a Romanian ticketing platform, from Resource Partners, marking a successful exit for the fund. The deal, signed on May 20, will enhance PLG's technological infrastructure and international expansion. iaBilet, founded in 2012, has shown strong growth and now serves major events in Romania. PLG aims to leverage AI solutions and strengthen operational cooperation with iaBilet's current management team. CEO Emil Ionescu expressed excitement about joining PLG to innovate and strengthen the ticketing industry.
