Humanitarian mission: Burn patient transported to Brussels by military aircraft

A burn patient was transported to Belgium for treatment via a Romanian Air Force aircraft. The C-27J Spartan took off from Otopeni for a humanitarian mission. The patient will receive care at Queen Astrid Military Hospital in Brussels. On the return trip, the aircraft will bring back another patient from Liège, as requested by the Department for Emergency Situations. Medical support during the flight is provided by a specialized team.
