The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) is attempting to sell the Express Hotel in Predeal for the third time, with a starting price of 13.3 million lei. Previous attempts failed due to lack of bidders. Interested investors must pay a guarantee fee of 1.33 million lei to participate. The hotel, built between 2003 and 2006, has 29 accommodation spaces and various facilities but is currently unprofitable. The sale is part of a larger effort by ANAF to recover debts owed by CFR Marfă, which has already auctioned thousands of railcars and locomotives.
