Horațiu Potra scapă de arestul la domiciliu dar rămâne sub control judiciar. Decizie ÎCCJ: ce obligații are aliatul lui Georgescu
Former mercenary Horațiu Potra remains under judicial control for 60 days following a decision by the Supreme Court of Justice. The court accepted Potra's appeal against house arrest, which he deemed excessive. Despite being under judicial control, he must not leave the country, report to the police weekly, and avoid contact with parties and witnesses in the case. Potra was initially in preventive detention since November 2025 after being extradited from Dubai. He faces charges related to attempts to undermine constitutional order, violations of arms regulations, and forming an organized criminal group. His family members have also faced legal restrictions since January 2026.
