He mentioned that new technical solutions proposed by the builders are under review by the National Investment Company (CNI). Hopincă emphasized the importance of selecting the best solutions for a long-term project, stating that delays are common in large construction projects. He also confirmed that Sector 2 has allocated 38 million lei for the stadium and is awaiting new invoices. Additionally, the mayor announced the takeover of the Mihai Flamaropol Ice Rink to continue its construction, aiming to create a multifunctional arena.
