Hidroelectrica: Baterii de stocare de 296,8 milioane lei la Porțile de Fier II

Hidroelectrica has awarded a contract for a battery storage facility at Porțile de Fier II, with a capacity of 64 MW and 434.76 MWh. The investment totals 296.8 million lei and is expected to be completed by the end of next year. The project aims to enhance energy management and reduce wear on hydro equipment. It will also support the integration of renewable energy into the grid. The contract was awarded to Synergy Construct, which will collaborate with various subcontractors. This initiative is part of Hidroelectrica's strategy to modernize its energy infrastructure and improve efficiency.
