Harta regională a beneficiilor medicale: de ce Vestul și Centrul țării adoptă mai repede, iar Sudul și Moldova rămân în urmă

Companies in Western and Central Romania are adopting corporate health subscriptions earlier and more frequently than those in the South or Moldova, influenced by regional economic structures. The prevalence of these benefits is linked to employer profiles, local labor market pressures, and employee health education levels. Multinational companies and those in IT and outsourcing are more likely to offer such benefits, while industries like agriculture and light manufacturing lag behind. The financial capacity of companies plays a crucial role, with higher GDP per capita in the West and Central regions. The adoption process requires management involvement and employee education, and the fiscal deduction law for health subscriptions may further encourage uptake in less developed areas.
