In Bucharest, only four neighborhoods still offer apartments priced under €100,000, according to an analysis by Economica.net. These areas include Berceni-Giurgiului, Pantelimon, Colentina-Obor, and Sebastian. For instance, in Berceni-Giurgiului, older apartments are available for around €80,000, while newer constructions can reach nearly €130,000. Prices have increased by 5% compared to July 2022. The Rahova-Sebastian area is closest to the €100,000 mark, with a recent average price of €98,000 for two-room apartments, reflecting a 12% rise from last year. Older apartments in this area are listed at €87,000, while new ones exceed €110,000.
