High temperatures are expected in the south, with a yellow code indicating persistent heat and discomfort. Strong winds and thunderstorms are forecasted in Moldova, Dobrogea, and parts of Muntenia and Transylvania, with wind gusts reaching up to 70 km/h. Heavy rainfall is also anticipated, particularly in mountainous areas, with potential for localized flooding.
