The initiative focuses on children in grades III and IV, adapting training methods to their age and local educational systems. Key aspects discussed include competition organization, selection methods, and teacher training. Pascual is expected to visit Oradea twice a year to support the project. The goal is to create a structured development system for youth handball in Bihor, starting from schools.
