Hagag has extended the due diligence period for acquiring an 8.6-hectare land in Constanța, initially set to end on August 22, now extended to October 22. This follows the suspension of the urban planning approval by the Constanța Tribunal. The memorandum for the land purchase is non-binding and contingent on successful negotiations and due diligence analysis. The project could potentially yield over 2,100 apartments, with estimated total revenues of around 623 million euros.
