The Romanian government has approved measures for electricity market safety, allowing Transelectrica to limit energy consumption for large industrial users during peak hours if necessary. Consumers will be notified in advance, and residential users are exempt from these limitations. The measures aim to ensure the stability of the National Electric System until August 31, 2026.
