Guvernul pregătește finanțarea proiectelor după PNRR
The Romanian government is developing new financing mechanisms for strategic projects as the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) nears completion. Interim Finance Minister Alexandru Nazare emphasizes the importance of public-private partnerships (PPP) to attract investments in infrastructure and strategic initiatives. A new inter-ministerial committee has been established to identify and coordinate PPP projects, while a National Facility for project preparation and technical assistance is also being launched. The goal is to mobilize billions in private investments annually over the next five years, compensating for reduced funding after the PNRR ends.
