Guvernul pregătește eolienele offshore din Marea Neagră
The Ministry of Energy has initiated a public debate on a government decision project for offshore wind farm concessions in the Black Sea, aiming for 3,000 MW capacity. The project outlines the procedural framework for granting concessions, including rights and obligations of parties involved. It establishes rules for evaluating bids, calculating royalties, and includes necessary documentation for a transparent competitive process. The regulations are set to take effect 30 days after publication in the Official Gazette, facilitating the first competitive concession procedure for offshore wind areas in Romania.
