Guvernul monitorizează prețul carburanților după oprirea transportului de țiței prin CPC de către Kazahstan • Newsweek România
The Romanian government is monitoring fuel prices following Kazakhstan's halt of oil transport through the CPC pipeline due to security concerns in the Black Sea. Economy Minister Irineu Darău emphasized the need for proportional interventions that do not distort the economy. He noted that the impact of such decisions is often delayed and that any measures should be carefully evaluated before implementation. Darău dismissed alarmist reactions after the previous price mechanism ended, asserting that the government will act if necessary, including proposing legislative solutions. He also mentioned that he was not personally informed by Kazakhstan about the transport halt.
