Guvernul grec anunță măriri de salarii, pensii crescute și scutiri de impozite

The Greek government has announced a significant support package worth billions of euros, including minimum wage increases and tax reductions. Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis revealed plans for annual bonuses for pensioners and public sector workers, alongside tax exemptions for low-income farmers and families with three children. The measures, costing €2.2 billion by 2027, aim to bolster the economy ahead of next year's elections. Despite a strong economic recovery, the ruling party's electoral support has declined due to the ongoing cost of living crisis and corruption allegations. The minimum wage will rise to €950, with a target of €1,000 by 2028.
