Guvernul german vrea consolidarea serviciilor secrete, în lupta cu „războiul din umbră”. „Depășește cu mult tot ce s-a văzut în Războiul Rece”
The German government aims to strengthen its intelligence services in response to a growing "shadow war" that exceeds Cold War threats. Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt emphasized the need for enhanced capabilities to counter destabilization efforts, particularly from Russia, which has been accused of hybrid warfare tactics. The BfV head highlighted the use of disinformation and sabotage by Russia, while a new bill is under parliamentary review to expand intelligence powers. Dobrindt insists Germany must remain a leading player in intelligence development amid these challenges.
