Guvernul demis Bolojan, acuzat că încalcă legea din nou și adoptă acte normative. Este al treilea derapaj al Executivului cu puteri limitate. Ce HG a adoptat

The Bolojan government risks leaving Romania with legally challengeable acts that could jeopardize over one billion euros from the PNRR. The dismissed executive adopted several resolutions exceeding its legal competencies, which could lead to legal disputes. This situation is exacerbated by a recent court ruling that suspended a crucial salary law initiated by a previous government. Legal expert Toni Neacșu warns that the adopted strategies may be invalidated, threatening Romania's compliance with PNRR obligations. He suggests that the only viable solution is to send these measures to Parliament for urgent adoption or to quickly form a new government with full powers.
