This decision allows immediate recruitment procedures to begin in hospitals and ambulance services. The measure aims to address the personnel shortage in healthcare units and ensure the continuity of medical services. The distribution includes 2,593 positions for nurses, 2,567 for auxiliary medical staff, and 1,433.75 for doctors. The interim Health Minister emphasized the importance of this memorandum for balancing human resources in the health system.
