Guvernul creează fond de rezervă de proiecte pentru jaloanele PNRR

The government has established a risk management mechanism to secure milestones in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) by creating a reserve fund called 'Piperine Strategic'. This fund will consist of mature projects to mitigate the risk of failing to meet payment requests 5 and 6 targets. It aims to support the achievement of PNRR goals and prevent penalties if certain projects cannot contribute to the indicators. The reserve will include projects related to water and waste management, and will be managed by the Ministry of Environment and the Administration of the Environmental Fund.
