The portal, guvernanta.gov.ro, aims to enhance transparency by providing access to data from 121 companies, including over 1,350 public documents. Initial findings reveal that some executives earn over 100,000 lei monthly, with many holding multiple leadership positions. This initiative is part of broader reforms to improve accountability and assess the effectiveness of state companies.
