The e-Terra application was restarted on August 11, 2023, after a cyberattack caused a month-long outage. The initial phase focuses on registering pending documents. Notaries reported delays in receiving access links. The system is now hosted on a government cloud, improving technical conditions. However, users may experience longer response times and temporary unavailability of some documents. Other ANCPI online platforms remain offline and will be restored gradually. ANCPI has set up dedicated call center lines for user support.
