Guvernul a creat un fond de rezervă de proiecte, constituit pentru securizarea îndeplinirii jaloanelor din PNRR

The government has approved a risk management mechanism to secure milestones in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) by establishing a reserve fund called 'Piperine Strategic'. This fund aims to support the achievement of targets and prevent penalties if certain projects fail to meet indicators. It will include mature projects initially contracted through PNRR and later continued through the Environmental Fund. The reserve portfolio will focus on investments in water and waste management, and will be managed by relevant authorities under European obligations.
