The budget aims to ensure operational continuity and fulfill obligations. Revenue from subsidies is projected at 761.49 million lei, while operational revenues are expected to decrease by 23.19% compared to 2025. Investment funding sources are estimated at 1.958 billion lei, with significant projects planned, including extensions of metro lines. Union leaders warned of potential service disruptions if salaries are not paid by mid-September.
