Gucci's security team discovered the theft of high-value items in Italy and monitored online sales, leading to the identification of the suspects. The investigation revealed that the accused sold over 2,300 products, some of which were linked to the stolen goods. The court found them guilty of receiving and selling items they knew or should have known were stolen. The man received a fine of 20,000 lei, while the woman, a repeat offender, was fined 25,000 lei. The ruling is not final and can be appealed.
