Grupul Țiriac reconfirmă planurile dezvoltării de la Brașov în valoare de peste 100 de milioane de euro și face primul pas pentru viitorul parc al orașului

The Țiriac Group is transforming the former Lemexim industrial site in Brașov into a mixed-use urban area, including residential units, a hospital, a kindergarten, and green spaces. The project, valued at over 100 million euros, aims to integrate these facilities into the community. A public park will be established, with 6,000 square meters allocated for this purpose. The private hospital will support vulnerable individuals through the Țiriac International Foundation. The development will occur in three phases over five years, starting in 2027, with the first phase featuring an eight-story residential building. This initiative emphasizes urban regeneration and community-oriented services.
