The companies Albalact, Covalact, and Dorna Lactate failed to provide access to requested information during an unannounced inspection related to potential price-fixing in the butter market. The Competition Council emphasized the importance of compliance with inspections, stating that companies must grant access to all relevant documents, regardless of their location. The fines were imposed to ensure cooperation in future investigations.
