Grupul Electrica: Profit net de 457,5 mil. lei în S1 2026, în creștere cu 8,6%

Electrica reported a net profit of 457 million lei in H1 2026, an 8.6% increase driven by operational profit growth despite financial impacts. EBITDA rose by 7.7% to 1,079.6 million lei, mainly due to improved performance in the supply segment. The company aims to enhance its role in Romania's energy future with new capacities and services. Operational revenues increased by 1,158.3 million lei, while supply revenues grew by 28.7%. The distribution segment saw a 4.9% revenue rise, but EBITDA declined due to higher operational costs. Overall, Electrica continues its transformation in a liberalized market.
