Grupul Carmistin preia operarea și controlul activelor avicole ale Grupului Aaylex One (P)

The assets include breeding farms, incubation stations, and processing facilities. This move is part of Carmistin's strategy to strengthen its integrated food chain, ensuring job security for over 1,000 employees and maintaining relationships with partners. The transition process is underway, with plans to align operations with Carmistin's standards. The company has solidified its position as a national leader in poultry production, with significant growth in output and feed production capacity.
