Carmistin has signed an agreement with Aaylex One to take over the operation of its poultry assets, aiming to maintain one of Romania's key integrated poultry platforms. The assets include breeding farms, hatcheries, and processing facilities, ensuring a complete production flow. This move aligns with Carmistin's strategy to strengthen its integrated food supply chain, focusing on quality and safety standards. The transition will preserve jobs for over 1,000 employees and maintain relationships with partners. Carmistin, a leading poultry producer in Romania, aims for significant production growth and increased feed production capacity by 2030.
