Strabag Property and Facility Services GmbH has received approval from the Competition Council to acquire Brenneka Install SRL and Samivo Instal SRL in Romania. The transaction does not pose significant competition concerns in the local market. Strabag operates in technical facility management and industrial services, while the acquired companies specialize in technical installations for buildings and utility networks.
