Bucharest has a new retail park in Pantelimon, developed by Cometex with an investment of over 9 million euros. The Pantelimon Retail Park features 5,800 square meters of commercial space and 144 parking spots. It is the first retail park by Cometex in Ilfov County and includes tenants like Altex, BIPA, and Pepco. The park was inaugurated on October 7 and opened to the public the following day. Cometex aims to expand in areas with growth potential, responding to the increasing demand for retail services in surrounding communities.
