Grupul 4 Rovinari a fost repornit astăzi

Group 4 at Rovinari Power Plant may restart today to alleviate pressure on the national energy system due to prolonged drought and the recent shutdown of Cernavodă nuclear plant. The unit is currently in technical preparation and could provide around 300 MW if procedures are completed on time. This would help address the current energy production deficit of approximately 400 MW, reducing reliance on energy imports. The situation is further complicated by the temporary unavailability of Unit 2 at Cernavodă, which is not contributing to energy production.
