Grupa de sânge care poate crește riscul de AVC înainte de 60 de ani. Ce au descoperit cercetătorii
A study indicates that blood group A may increase the risk of stroke before age 60, with a 16% higher risk identified in individuals with specific genetic variants. The research analyzed data from around 17,000 stroke patients and nearly 600,000 controls aged 18 to 59. While the association between blood group A and stroke risk is noted, it is considered minor, and further studies are needed to explore the underlying mechanisms. Other factors like hypertension and lifestyle remain significant risk contributors.
