Grindeanu va propune în BPN ca PSD să nu voteze Guvernul Mureșan: „Nu pot vota cu cineva care a trădat România”
Sorin Grindeanu, the president of PSD, announced that the party will not support the government led by Siegfried Mureșan, criticizing his readiness for the role. He expressed disappointment over the proposal, suggesting it was made to embarrass Mureșan. Grindeanu plans to propose at the upcoming National Permanent Bureau meeting that PSD should reject the nomination, citing Mureșan's perceived betrayal of Romania. He emphasized that PSD, despite lacking a majority, deserves to claim the prime minister position after the next elections. Grindeanu also speculated that Mureșan's government would likely fail to gain support from AUR members, predicting a need for new nominations or potential early elections.
