He reported that 8,300 companies have gone bankrupt in four months, with significant job losses, particularly in industry. The tourism sector is struggling, with a 13% drop in revenue. Grindeanu noted a decrease in foreign investments and rising public debt, emphasizing the lack of tangible reforms or economic recovery. He compared the slight decrease in inflation to a minimal improvement, stating that the government is borrowing excessively without visible benefits.
