He emphasized the need for transparency regarding the meeting's context, especially as the Court was set to rule on significant cases. The CSM also requested public clarification about the meeting, which raised legitimate questions given its timing. The CCR stated that such meetings are administrative in nature. On the same day, the CCR ruled on several constitutional matters related to integrity legislation.
