He clarified that his call for a six-month political truce was not aimed at reinstating Ilie Bolojan as Prime Minister. Grindeanu emphasized the need for parties supporting the new government to take responsibility. He expressed that PNL's focus on political calculations over the country's welfare is evident, especially after their administration faced negative consequences. The government led by Bolojan was dismissed on May 5, and since then, several candidates for Prime Minister have been proposed, with Luca Niculescu being the latest nominee.
