Grecul Konstantinos Passaris, condamnat la închisoare pe viață pentru omor deosebit de grav, rămâne după gratii

Konstantinos Passaris, serving a life sentence in Romania, was denied parole by the Dolj Tribunal. He has been incarcerated for over 24 years for murder. Despite completing various educational and psychological programs, the court found he did not meet the necessary conditions for release. Passaris has a history of disciplinary issues during his imprisonment and was involved in serious crimes, including the murder of two individuals in Romania and additional killings in Greece. His behavior in prison was deemed insufficient to warrant a belief in his rehabilitation.
