A pregnant woman from Piatra-Neamț died after falling from a fourth-floor apartment. Her boyfriend, allegedly intoxicated, moved her back inside and called for help two hours later. Investigators suspect suicide but are exploring other possibilities. The woman was found in critical condition and later died in the hospital despite medical efforts. An autopsy will be conducted, and a criminal case for manslaughter has been opened.
