Granturi de până la 15.000 lei pentru baterii: Prosumatorii cer schimbarea regulilor AFM. Cine riscă să fie exclus de la finanțare - StartupCafe

The Association of Prosumers and Energy Communities (APCE) urges the Environmental Fund Administration (AFM) to amend the guidelines for a program offering up to 15,000 lei for energy storage batteries. APCE highlights several issues, including the exclusion of those who already own batteries and the advantages given to larger photovoltaic systems. The program has a budget of 400 million lei and is currently under public consultation. APCE argues that the existing criteria could lead to unfair treatment among applicants and inadequate battery sizing. They also call for clearer technical requirements and rules ensuring that funded batteries primarily store renewable energy. Additionally, households operating independently from the grid are excluded from the program, raising concerns about equity.
