Nearly 1,000 micro-enterprises in Bucharest and Ilfov applied for grants, with 492 projects approved for funding. However, the current budget may only cover about 225 of these projects. The first 53 projects are set for contracting in July and August 2026. The total budget for the call is approximately 38 million EUR, while the requested grants amount to around 161 million EUR. The average funding requested is about 167,000 EUR per project, indicating that less than 50% of approved projects may receive funding. The grants range from 25,000 to 300,000 EUR, aimed at sustainable growth and technological modernization.
