The project, awarded to Avril SRL, aims to enhance energy efficiency and restore architectural elements. The contract is valued at approximately 10.97 million lei, funded by European sources, with a completion deadline of 12 months. Key improvements include thermal insulation, facade restoration, and fire safety enhancements, such as an external metal staircase. The project also includes the installation of photovoltaic panels and the renovation of outdoor spaces.
