Grădina urbană din Nufărul intră în șantier: Primăria Oradea dă startul lucrărilor pe 4,7 hectare (FOTO)

The Oradea City Hall has handed over a 4.7-hectare site for the first phase of an urban garden in the Nufărul neighborhood, which will cover a total of 7.6 hectares. Construction will begin next week, with a 24-month completion timeline. The project includes a greenhouse, a viewing tower, and a pedestrian bridge. The municipality acquired most of the land, spending approximately 8.8 million euros. The first phase will feature various amenities and landscaping, including 485 trees and 63,000 perennial plants. Initial site preparations will start next week.
