The international competition for revitalizing the University House Garden attracted significant interest, with 36 projects submitted. The winning project, designed by architect Vlad Sebastian Rusu, aims to transform the garden into a multifunctional space for cultural and educational activities. The project is estimated to cost over 516,000 euros and is expected to be completed by July 2031. The initiative seeks to enhance community involvement and urban regeneration, integrating historical elements with contemporary needs.
