Global Vision preia fostul sediu Alpha Bank

Global Vision has acquired two well-known office buildings in the Dorobanți-Primăverii area, previously the headquarters of Alpha Bank, in a share-deal transaction. The buildings, developed by Neocity Group, cover approximately 10,000 square meters and are strategically located near the Romanian Television and Aviatorilor metro station. Colliers represented the sellers, a group of Irish investors, highlighting the ongoing interest in well-positioned properties. This acquisition expands Global Vision's portfolio, following their previous investment in the Nova Building. The Romanian real estate market continues to attract significant investment, with a focus on quality and location.
