Global Vision cumpără un complex de birouri de 10.000 mp din București

Global Vision has acquired an office complex in Bucharest from Irish investors, enhancing its portfolio in the area. The property spans about 10,000 square meters and was developed between 2001 and 2004. The transaction, finalized recently, aims to reintegrate the property into the office market and increase its value through development and management activities. Legal and financial assistance was provided by Reff & Asociații | Deloitte Legal and Deloitte Romania. The transaction value remains undisclosed.
