Independent MP Gigi Becali expressed satisfaction with the appointment of Prime Minister Luca Niculescu after a prolonged political crisis. Niculescu's cabinet received significant parliamentary support, with 280 votes in favor. Becali praised Niculescu's intelligence and communication skills, recalling a past encounter that left a positive impression. He also noted the determination of PSD ministers to work effectively. Furthermore, Becali opposed any motions to censure the government or suspend the president, emphasizing the need for stability after months without a government. Following 168 days without an executive, Romania now has a fully empowered government.
